  • Order Cancellation
    • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at resmax@resmax.in or +919880952200 with your order number.
    • After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • Refund Policy
    Eligibility for Refund:
    • Cancelled Orders: A full refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before shipment. 
    • Returned Products: Refunds are only applicable if the product is returned in an unused, unopened, and original sealed packaging condition. This is especially important for personal care and skincare items due to hygiene concerns.
    • Failed Transactions: If your payment is debited but the order is not successfully placed, an automatic refund will be initiated.
    Refund Method & Timeframe:
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet).
    • Refunds will be initiated within 1-3 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection. 
    • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
    • For failed transactions, refunds typically reflect within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • A confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking information will be shared once your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (based on your delivery location).
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available in select metro cities at an additional charge).

Returns Policy

Return Window:

Return Eligibility:
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  • For skincare and hygiene products, returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original sealed packaging, and has not been used or opened.

  • If eligible, your refund or replacement will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
    • Return Pickup: Scheduled within 2-4 business days (depending on location).
    • Replacement Dispatch: Processed within 2-3 business days after successful inspection. Delivery in 7-10 business days.
  • Returns may be rejected if the item is found to be used, damaged, or not meeting the return criteria.

  • If a Product is defective, notify us within a reasonable period and we will follow our return/refund process.
